“Since the time of Martin Luther, the Lutheran Church has been known as ‘the singing church.’ Our worship and celebrations have been enriched by a priceless collection of liturgies, choral works, and hymns through which we express our faith.”

Rodgers Organ

Grace has recently installed a new Rodgers® Trillium™ 967, 3-manual digital organ in the sanctuary. This wonderful instrument serves as the cornerstone of the music program at Grace. Its inherent flexibility allows it to be both a brilliant solo instrument as well as an accompaniment for congregational hymn signing or choir anthems.

Grace's Choir for 2nd - 6th Graders

All children in grades 2-6 are welcome to sing in the Joyous Juniors Choir.

The main goal of this choir is to nurture the spiritual growth of children through music. The main purpose of a choir is to lead the congregation in the Liturgy and hymns, and to offer an anthem that helps enhance the day’s theme.

BUT we do much more than that! During our weekly rehearsals, Wednesdays 6:30-7:30, we learn how to worship; we find Bible verses that reflect our songs; we learn to train our ears AND voices to sing as a "team;" we sing songs for fun; plus we have periodic treats, games, crafts, and parties as rewards for our efforts. Through all this, the children develop friendships that can be beneficial as they grow into their teen years.

Students are invited to join the choir at any time during the year!

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord"!!
