Vacation Bible School starts Sunday, August 1 and runs through Thursday, August 5, from 6:00-7:30pm.  The VBS kids will be singing during worship services on Sunday, August 8.

Grace will be hosting Project Home for the month of August.  Here's how you can help:

T-Time in July  Toilet paper? It’s one of the hidden expenses when Grace hosts Project Home in August. (Yes, it’s a month earlier than last year.) Your donation of toilet paper will help. Leave it by the sign-up board in the Good Shepherd lounge.

Then . . . don’t forget the most generous gift of all - your time. Sign up and volunteer to host at one of the shifts, to bring a healthful snack, or to read to the children.

Undy-Sundays in July! You may have a shirt on your back, but skimp on the socks and underwear if you are a homeless person.  New underwear was much appreciated by our Project Home guests in past years and we will again be collecting undies on Sundays in July. Yes, Project Home is a month earlier this year. Look for the Undies Box as you come for Sunday worship. Most needed: underwear for women and children, but also boxer shorts for men and boys.

The library committee at Grace wishes to donate a book to every child who spends a night at Grace Lutheran  in the Project Home service project.  Thanks to you, we've accomplished this goal.  Our hope is to give each child an age-appropriate book in a protective bag each night they spend at Grace.  Thank you for  your books or financial contribution.
